Eligibility for Returns:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product.
- Condition of Product: The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Exclusions: Products that have been opened, used, or are missing any parts may not be eligible for return. Consumables (such as ink cartridges, paper, etc.) and software are not eligible for return once opened.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bee-mart.co.uk or 0121 368 5747 within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Refunds:
- Once the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exceptions:
- Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.
